Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolClement Palu is a strategic, hands-on engineering executive with 13–15 years of experience building and scaling engineering organizations across San Francisco, London, and Paris, currently serving as VP of Engineering at Fruitz. He has led high-stakes transitions including M&A re-acquisitions and IPO preparation, and repeatedly transformed monoliths into resilient microservices while cutting cloud costs and improving trust-and-safety metrics. Clement scales teams and systems in parallel—hiring and mentoring engineers, instituting data-driven reliability scoring, and creating SRE practices that support hundreds of engineers. He brings deep infrastructure chops (Terraform, Kubernetes, GCP, Go, distributed databases) and a practical bias for shipping automation that reduced costs and operational toil. A pragmatic builder who also launched experimental AR apps and established new offices, he combines startup agility with proven enterprise-grade process and governance.
