Top SchoolCody Willsey is an Engineering Lead with 11 years of software engineering experience, specializing in .NET backend systems and a practical full-stack perspective that includes Angular front-end work. He has progressed from an intern to senior roles at Meta and later senior engineering positions before leading engineering at Imaginovation, demonstrating both hands-on coding and team leadership. Cody excels at designing secure, performant backend services in C#/.NET and brings a creative, user-focused lens to API and interface design. He is experienced in improving code quality through rigorous reviews and unit testing, and in adopting new technologies to solve business problems. Based in Raleigh, NC, Cody combines startup agility with enterprise discipline, often translating complex requirements into maintainable, production-ready systems.
