Summary
🤩
RockstarColin Eckert is a Senior Software Engineer based in the Bay Area with six years of experience building full-stack web applications, currently shipping features at GoDaddy. He specializes in React, Redux, and Rails and recently built a spaced-repetition study app for data-structures and algorithms using the MERN stack. Colin transitioned from marketing and product-facing roles—where he combined SQL-driven campaign analytics with growth initiatives—into hands-on engineering, giving him a rare blend of user-centered design sensibility and data-informed product thinking. He prioritizes polished, intuitive front-end experiences and continuously sharpens his skills across JavaScript, Ruby, Node, and databases. Outside work he’s a fitness enthusiast, gamer, and new father who admits his best debugging happens while trying to make his baby girl laugh.
