Top SchoolColin Lowenberg is a Developer Relations Engineer and ecosystem builder based in San Francisco with two decades of product, marketing, and technical experience and a decade focused specifically on developer-facing roles. He has repeatedly scaled developer communities—from 8,000 contributors and 1,000 apps at Omi to over 85,000 subscribers and a 100+ city ambassador program at Dabl.Club—by running hackathons, workshops, and content engines that turn technical education into sustained growth. Colin blends deep networking and cloud infrastructure roots (UT Austin ECE) with modern AI agent and MCP security work at the Cloud Security Alliance, making him fluent in both low-level systems and autonomous AI orchestration. He’s launched developer platforms and partnerships at companies from Cisco Meraki and Consensys to Akash Network, demonstrating a pattern of turning APIs into active ecosystems and product adoption. Notably, he has moved between founding companies and leading DevRel teams, combining founder grit with repeatable developer-growth playbooks.
