Top SchoolColton Robertson is a Senior Cisco Unified Communications Collaboration Engineer with over two decades of experience in networks, telecom and unified communications, and nine years specifically in enterprise UC roles. He currently leads Cisco collaboration planning and engineering at Ford, driving large-scale SIP migrations, data center colocations, DSP consolidation, E911 compliance, and cost-saving telecom transitions. A former Army communications leader, he brings disciplined project execution from high-stakes deployments to global UC architecture and LLD design. Colton combines hands-on gateway and protocol expertise (SIP, SCCP, MGCP, H.323) with a track record of hardware refreshes, custom dial plans, and successful cutovers at scale. Based in Algonac, Michigan, he pairs a technical IT/security degree with a pragmatic military background that favors repeatable processes and operational resilience. His GitHub handle playfully hints at a personable, down-to-earth presence behind a deeply technical skill set.
