He has a proven track record running cross-functional transformation projects, launching customer success programs, and managing teams—most recently hiring and leading a team of five CSMs and currently overseeing analyst activity. Conor pairs hands-on operational execution (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach) with strategic planning, having driven pilots, credit card programs, and CRM migrations that improved pipeline and retention. Outside his core role he codes as a freelance programmer with a CS master's and an interest in language design, bringing a technical curiosity that helps bridge product and engineering conversations. Based in Greater Boston, he combines startup agility with enterprise discipline to scale customer operations and revenue motion.
