Top SchoolConstantinos Costa is a research-driven technology entrepreneur and CEO with 14 years of experience building data-intensive mobile and location-aware systems. He co-founded Rinnoco Ltd after a research career at University of Pittsburgh and University of Cyprus, where his PhD work produced a fast All kNN architecture powering an award-winning anonymous crowd messaging service used by thousands. Equally comfortable in academia and product engineering, he has hands-on backend experience—porting Anyplace indoor navigation server to Scala and integrating Couchbase and Play Framework—and has led mobile app development and research testbeds. Based in Cyprus, he blends rigorous spatio-temporal analytics expertise with practical startup execution, turning peer-to-peer location algorithms into deployable services. An under-the-radar strength is his ability to bridge rapid prototyping in research labs with production-ready backend systems that scale in real-world networks.
