Top SchoolCorentin Breton is a backend-focused software engineer with 6 years of hands-on Python experience building APIs, ETL pipelines, and automation tooling in production environments, and 11 years in the industry overall. He excels at designing reliable, documented, and scalable systems—particularly containerized services, CI/CD-driven deployments, and developer-friendly integrations. His work spans microservices with FastAPI, Prefect-based ETL, and secure data handling across PostgreSQL, MySQL and MongoDB, with contributions to Prefect adopted upstream. Comfortable in fast-moving product teams and consulting engagements, he favors autonomy and clean architecture to reduce manual operations and improve workflows. Outside work he maintains a self-hosted, production-like infrastructure to test automation, security, and monitoring strategies—providing a pragmatic proving ground for ideas before they reach production. Based in Toulouse, France, he brings a practical blend of backend design, DevOps fluency, and an eye for developer experience.
