Top SchoolCraig Forster is an Executive Director and Senior Principal Architect in Digital Payments with over a decade of experience designing and delivering business-critical transactional and data-driven systems. He has a strong track record leading multidisciplinary, geographically dispersed teams at organizations such as JPMorgan Chase, Mediafly, and SailPoint, and excels at breaking complex problems into incremental, value-driven delivery. Craig combines deep architecture and hands-on engineering skills—particularly in cloud and enterprise integrations—with a pragmatic emphasis on aligning technology, process, and business outcomes. Based in Austin, he brings a background in software engineering from the University of Queensland and a demonstrated ability to bridge legacy on-premise systems with modern SaaS and payments platforms. Less obvious is his consistent focus on enabling early business value through iterative delivery, which has repeatedly accelerated adoption and reduced risk on large programs.
