Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolCsaba Sipőcz is a senior engineering manager based in Budapest with a proven track record of scaling engineering organizations from small teams to 150+ people and guiding startups through product, operations and acquisition phases. He blends hands-on technical leadership (embedded C/Rust, Typescript, Kafka, AWS) with operational rigor—having acted as de facto COO during Ustream’s growth and played a key role in a multi-million-dollar acquisition. Comfortable in ambiguous, fast-moving environments, he builds processes that protect developer velocity while improving customer satisfaction and business outcomes. Csaba also advises startups and led embedded motor-control and IoT software teams, demonstrating a rare cross-domain mix of firmware, cloud telemetry and people management. His background in both technical delivery and finance/HR makes him effective at aligning engineering strategy with company-level metrics.
