Top SchoolCsaba Tamas is a product and technology executive with 11 years of senior leadership experience and a two-decade career shaping cloud, FinTech, logistics and IoT products across startups and enterprises. He has served as CPO/CTO roles and led GTM, solutions architecture, and strategy at AWS and fast-scaling vendors, delivering multiple multi-million euro programs and a white‑label SaaS used by 600K end users. Now based in Berlin, he advises Europe’s largest digital-native companies on data and digital strategy while leading AI-driven customer experience productization at Parloa. He blends deep engineering grounding (BSc in Computer Science, MIT Applied Data Science) with executive training from INSEAD and an MBA, and is known for turning data/AI strategy into actionable, revenue-driving programs. An underrated thread in his career is repeatedly building and scaling cross-functional teams and curricula—like a Data Mesh program taught to 600+ engineers—that change how organizations operate.
