Top SchoolDain Hall is a Principal Product Manager in Denver with 11 years of experience building high-performance financial and payments platforms. He led the design and scaling of a machine learning-powered Decision Platform at Chime that achieved 99.99%+ uptime, sub-100ms p95 latency, earned two patents, and saved the company over $10M annually while enabling key money-movement integrations and a P2P launch. Previously he was the first product hire at SpotOn, growing product and engineering from Series A to C, architecting core services like SSO and an appointments POS integration, and supporting an acquisition-driven expansion. His background spans hands-on engineering in low-latency finance systems and early-career investment banking, giving him both technical depth and commercial acumen. Dain combines data-driven experimentation with cross-functional machine learning, data engineering, and risk teams to deliver measurable business impact. Outside product metrics, he tends to favor mission-driven work—building “beautiful and meaningful things” customers love.
