Top SchoolDale Ribeiro is an experienced IT leader with nine years of hands-on expertise in device management, customer support, and solutions architecture, currently managing Customer Support and Solutions Architecture at Fleet Device Management. He specializes in macOS and iOS ecosystems while also supporting Windows and Android fleets, and has led large-scale Jamf deployments for organizations of 450–1,400 devices. Dale bridges product and implementation: as a founding MDM product lead at Harmonize he coordinated UX, design, and engineering while consulting to deploy cross-platform policies and even built an internal iOS app that leverages FleetDM’s API. He has practical cloud and zero-trust experience from designing Jamf environments on Google Cloud and implementing Duo Trusted Endpoints and SAML/SCIM integrations. Based in Cranston, RI, he’s actively advancing his skillset by learning Swift and SwiftUI to move from device administration toward building native Apple platform tools. Colleagues rely on him for pragmatic solutions that balance security, usability, and operational scalability.
