Top SchoolDallas Young is a seasoned senior project manager and former senior enlisted Army leader with over two decades of cross-sector experience in construction, engineering, and operations. He has led large, mission-critical teams—managing operations, planning, HR, accounting, and logistics for an engineer brigade of over 2,000 personnel—and transitioned those skills to commercial turnaround and refinery projects where he built project controls, schedules, and safety-first execution. Known for turning complex scopes into executable plans, he combines tactical military discipline with hands-on planning expertise in Primavera P6, estimating, and contractor management. Dallas prioritizes safety and mentorship, actively developing others while delivering profitable, stakeholder-aligned results. He holds a BS in Accounting with business and law concentrations and advanced Army leadership and engineering credentials, and he brings an uncommon mix of frontline engineering, software-directed business analysis, and field construction leadership. Off duty he’s an accomplished guitar player, reflecting a practical, creative side that complements his operational rigor.
