Senior🎓
Top SchoolDalton Craven is a founding engineer with 9 years of hands-on experience building accessible, multilingual web products from greenfield architecture to production. Based in Paris, he pairs a practical full‑stack toolkit (TypeScript, React, Next.js, Python/Django) with a human-centered focus on localization and accessibility, informed by fluency in English, French, and American Sign Language. He has led frontend architecture and performance work—cutting build times 8x, adopting React Server Components, and implementing secure multi-tenant RBAC—while shipping maintainable code through TypeScript migrations and modern data libraries. Comfortable in startup settings, Dalton has progressed from intern to lead and now co-founds new ventures, often hiring and shaping early product teams. He’s driven by the belief that small technical choices can dramatically expand who can use the web, and he actively designs systems to “de‑English” and democratize digital experiences.
