Top SchoolDamian Drygiel is a Senior Full-Stack Developer based in Warsaw with 12 years of experience building web applications and leading engineering teams. He currently architects and implements solutions at Santander Bank while previously heading IT at a property investment firm and contributing to global web projects through Hypermedia. Focused on code quality as a guiding principle, Damian seeks original, atypical and challenging projects rather than conventional solutions. He brings deep .NET/C# experience across backend, database design and full-stack delivery, plus a history of freelance work that sharpened pragmatic problem-solving. Always learning and eager to exchange knowledge with peers, he maintains a public portfolio showcasing his approach to craftsmanship. A less obvious strength is his insistence on treating the weakest part of a system as the priority, which drives durable, maintainable software outcomes.
