Summary
🤩
RockstarDamian Jankowski is a Senior System Administrator & Developer based in the Wroclaw metropolitan area with over a decade of hands-on experience managing large Linux estates and mission-critical services. As team lead at Mok Yok IT he oversees architecture, deployment and HA operations for 1500+ Linux workstations and servers, working with pacemaker/corosync, GlusterFS, MySQL replication and Zabbix monitoring. He pairs systems-level expertise with scripting and development skills (Python, Perl, Bash, Django) to automate operations, audit performance and harden security. Earlier roles focused on large-scale provisioning, network services and desktop support for 700–900+ endpoints, giving him a pragmatic perspective on both infrastructure and end-user needs. Colleagues rely on him to turn complex high-availability requirements into maintainable, documented solutions and to bridge the gap between ops and development. Notably, his background combines deep operational scale with active programming chops, enabling repeatable deployments and robust recovery practices.
