Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolDamir Davletov is a seasoned software engineer based in London with 11 years of professional experience and a deep specialization in mobile engineering, particularly iOS. He has led large-scale iOS efforts at Bumble as Staff iOS Engineer—defining platform architecture, developer experience, and tech strategy for 50+ engineers across multiple apps—and now contributes at Meta. His career traces back through hands-on mobile and cross-platform work (iPhone, Symbian, Windows Mobile) and includes founding an iOS consultancy, showing both entrepreneurial and executional chops. Damir excels at building developer platforms and cross-team rituals that scale engineering productivity as much as writing production features. Colleagues would note his mix of systems-level thinking and long-run product stewardship, having repeatedly returned to Badoo through long-term contracting to evolve app and platform capabilities. He holds an MSc in Computer Science from Kazan National Research Technical University and brings a pragmatic, infrastructure-minded approach to mobile architecture.
