Top SchoolDan Ameme is a seasoned network engineer with 10 years of experience designing, implementing, and troubleshooting enterprise and carrier-grade IP/MPLS networks. Currently at Google in San Jose, he combines production-grade network architecture with a strong operational background from roles at MTN Ghana and Sandia National Laboratories. His work spans core IP/MPLS design, enterprise LAN/WAN and data center networking, backed by hands-on third-level support and network planning from his graduate research at New Mexico State University. He began his career bridging software and infrastructure as an in-house software developer and facilities support engineer, which gives him a practical appreciation for automation and tooling in network operations. Known for building highly available, redundant, and scalable systems, he brings both academic rigor and real-world operational discipline to complex network problems. Based in the Bay Area, he pairs global telecom experience with a research-driven approach to network planning and resiliency.
