Top SchoolDan Cristafovici is a Senior Software Engineer with a decade of experience building zero-to-one products and scaling complex systems across fintech and industrial domains. Currently at Deel, he blends product-facing discovery with hands-on architecture work to deliver instant analytics and global-ready features for enterprise customers. His background spans launching global product verticals single-handedly, modernizing legacy stacks (including large Electron and React migrations), and creating hardware simulation engines that removed dependency on physical devices. Dan pairs strong frontend expertise and TypeScript stewardship with backend design for multi-tenant, white-label systems, and has a track record of introducing AI-assisted workflows to accelerate refactoring and raise code quality. Based in Chișinău, he also brings atypical cross-discipline perspective from studies in law and French literature, which informs his clear stakeholder communication and product-led engineering decisions.
