Senior🎓
Top SchoolDan Ghimpu is a founder and tech entrepreneur based in Rotterdam with eight years of experience building IT products that marry design, art and practical business needs. He launched and led multiple ventures since 2014—spanning digital marketplaces, local voucher platforms and art education—and has hands-on experience as CTO, product owner and project manager. Early adopter of blockchain research, he helped win the Reinventing Government track at the Dutch Blockchain Hackathon and deployed a live blockchain-powered municipal pilot in 2017, later exploring self-sovereign identity concepts. Dan combines visual-first UI/UX sensibilities with process automation to translate business models into usable digital experiences. He’s equally comfortable sketching visual concepts as coordinating product delivery across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
