Senior🎓
Top SchoolDaniel Brady is a Senior Software Mechanic with nine years of hands-on experience designing, building, and maintaining scalable web applications and distributed systems across frontend, backend, DevOps, and infrastructure. He blends pragmatic engineering with strong communication, routinely partnering with product, sales, and executives to deliver SOC 2-compliant, production-grade services using React, Node, Python, Ruby on Rails, and AWS/GCP. Comfortable owning systems end-to-end, he excels at mending brittle processes and driving DevEx improvements that reduce operational friction. A lifelong learner and self-styled “maintenance guy,” Daniel has repeatedly stepped into diverse roles—from founding engineer to team lead—where he coordinates roadmaps, crafts CI/CD and observability, and mentors across time zones. Based in Kailua, Hawaii, he pairs island-level calm with a bias for measurable impact: improving shopfloor processes and production systems with equal enthusiasm.
