Senior🎓
Top SchoolDaniel D'agostino is a serial founder and engineering leader with 10+ years of multidisciplinary experience building hardware, software, and operations for startups and enterprise clients from Phoenix. As Founder & CEO of Austeva and Capital Foods he blends product engineering, automation (Python/C++/motion control), and manufacturing to deliver patentable equipment and scalable staffing solutions. His background spans embedded and cloud-connected devices (envisionCAM), industrial automation, ERP/CRM implementations, and leading distributed engineering teams across the US and India. Daniel pairs hands-on technical depth—designing PCBs, custom machinery, and server infrastructure—with business operations like vendor negotiation, regulatory validation, and go-to-market execution. He’s pragmatic about product-market fit, having paused a ridesharing launch despite fully built apps and infrastructure when timing changed, demonstrating discipline over vanity metrics. A self-described “Software Janitor,” he quietly maintains several personal projects and labs that reflect a habit of iterative tinkering and cost-conscious engineering.
