Top SchoolDaniel Laloush is a Director of Technology and full-stack engineer with 7+ years of experience building and leading web teams across startups and enterprise projects, now based in Panama. He combines hands-on expertise in Ruby on Rails, React/Redux, SQL databases and front-end technologies with a track record of shipping complex migrations, improving test coverage and hardening legacy systems. As a resilient fast learner who began programming in elementary school and trained at Microverse, he excels under pressure and in collaborative, pair-programming environments. Daniel has led engineering efforts at Skydropx LATAM and guided product and infrastructure work for clients including the Embassy of Venezuela, showing fluency across both technical delivery and operational leadership. He’s equally comfortable driving code-level improvements and setting PR/security protocols, and seeks opportunities to apply his skills in medicine, finance or e-commerce. An unusual strength is his blend of CTO/operations experience—having run logistics and company operations—which informs pragmatic, process-oriented technical leadership.
