Summary
🎓
Top SchoolDaniel Pugsley is a Co-Founder and CTO with a game-developer’s eye for polished, highly interactive front-ends and over nine years of cross-industry experience spanning games, private aviation, ed-tech and betting platforms. He builds end-to-end products from architecture to UX—shipping React and React Native apps, scalable cloud back ends, and realtime systems that prioritize fluid microinteractions. As founder of Javu and Pitwhiz he’s combined large multilingual datasets, AI integrations (OpenAI, DeepL) and advanced indexing to deliver adaptive learning and motorsport analytics platforms. He’s comfortable moving between product roadmap and hands-on code, having led teams, mentored engineers, and delivered mission-critical features under tight deadlines. Based in Lisbon, he brings a pragmatic focus on systems that “feel great” in use and an unusual background in language teaching that directly informs his ed-tech work.
