Senior🎓
Top SchoolDaniel Sneijers is a product leader with 11 years of hands-on experience turning frontend engineering craft into data-driven product outcomes for scale-ups and global platforms. He has shipped performance-first features and component libraries that cut time-to-market and dramatically improved UX—e.g., taking a payment search from 30+ seconds to under 1 second and reducing heavy-user response times by 81%. At Adyen and Klarna he led analytics and search products that moved key business metrics (including a 1% lift in authorization rates and major conversion gains) while fostering tight cross-functional collaboration. Comfortable switching between code and strategy, he started as a frontend developer and consistently earned promotions by improving team delivery, performance, and product discoverability. Now based in Amsterdam and recently joining Uber, he blends pragmatic engineering instincts with strong agile leadership to launch customer-centric, measurable products.
