Top SchoolDaniel Wright is a transformational commercial and technology leader with 14 years of experience orchestrating high-impact global programs across Asia Pacific and emerging markets. As Global Real Estate Head & Transformation Director at Convatec, he has right-sized portfolios, launched new GBS centers, and led multi-million dollar restructurings that delivered double-digit productivity and cost reductions. Previously he ran the Asia Pacific integration of the $30B Actelion acquisition for J&J, stood up shared service centers, and drove a program that contributed to more than $1B in annual savings. Comfortable operating at board level, he excels at turning ambiguous, high-profile mandates into executable plans, mobilizing hundreds of dotted-line resources and securing executive sponsorship. Not obvious from titles alone, he combines financial systems expertise (SAP/BW and FP&A) with hands-on change design methods like agile and kaizen to deliver measurable cycle-time and customer-satisfaction gains. Based between California and Singapore, he brings rare cross-cultural execution experience across markets from Japan and Korea to India, Brazil and South Africa.
