Top SchoolDaniel Zacarias is an entrepreneurial product leader and founder with 16 years of cross-functional experience and 11 years focused in product and startup operations, now based in Lisbon. He has built and scaled consumer and B2B digital products, led a 30-person product group delivering eight-figure revenue services, and founded firms that acquire and operate small SaaS businesses. Daniel bridges engineering, design, data, and strategy—translating C-level goals into product roadmaps that have driven 5–7 figure impact per engagement and produced a mid six-figure exit at 13.5x MOIC. Comfortable both as a hands-on builder (early iOS engineer) and a deal-maker, he now takes a passive partner role while continuing to advise and invest in product-led ventures.
