Summary
🤩
RockstarDanil Suetin is a DevOps engineer and former data platform lead with 8 years of experience building and operating large-scale data systems and CI/CD infrastructure. He has led teams delivering a data lake for a national tax agency using Hadoop, Spark on YARN, Hive, PostgreSQL and Spring, and designed metadata and declarative configuration architectures from scratch. Equally comfortable writing Spark/Scala ETL, PL/pgSQL for complex metadata views, and automating deployments with Docker and GitHub Actions, he blends deep data engineering skills with pragmatic DevOps practices. Colleagues describe him as a fast learner and hands-on manager who solves hard platform bugs by reading and fixing open-source code. Now based in Belgrade and working as a DevOps engineer at Luxoft Serbia, he is pursuing new opportunities where his mix of systems design, performance tuning and team leadership can accelerate delivery. An unusual strength is his background in formal mathematics and teaching experience, which informs his data modeling and analytical approach.
