Top SchoolDanila Migalin is a pragmatic software engineer with 11 years of experience building and maintaining large-scale production systems across roles at Uber, CloudKitchens, Skype, Yandex and now Tigris Data. He combines deep systems and infrastructure roots (VoIP, Linux/FreeBSD, Asterisk, CI/automation) with high-impact backend engineering at consumer-scale platforms, moving from ops and maintenance into senior engineering and staff-level roles. Based in Vilnius, he excels at bridging low-level reliability concerns and scalable service design, with a background in semiconductor physics that sharpens his analytical approach to engineering problems. Known for a wry, no-nonsense voice about the industry, he prioritizes pragmatic, machine-focused solutions over hype. Colleagues rely on him to tame brittle production environments and automate repeatable workflows that keep services running smoothly.
