Top SchoolDanilo Quilaton is a multidisciplinary design leader based in San Francisco with 11 years of experience shaping product experiences across consumer and enterprise platforms. He has built and led design teams at scale, created the first design library at Chargify (now Maxio), and driven creator-focused product strategy at Twitch to reduce complexity for streamers. Equally comfortable sketching brand systems and shipping front-end code, he bridges strategy, research, and execution to simplify complex workflows and boost user engagement. Now at Roblox as a Senior Product Designer, he brings a rare blend of hands-on implementation and team-building that consistently turns early concepts into measurable product growth. An experienced mentor and systems thinker, he often surfaces subtle UX patterns that improve long-term consistency and developer velocity.
