Danne Woo is an Associate Professor and creative technologist with over two decades of experience blending design, full-stack development, and data visualization for clients and academic audiences. He founded Datavisual and co-founded BigPlay, building tools and multiplayer experiences that have set records for large-screen crowd interaction—his game Splat holds a Guinness World Record. With an MPS from NYU ITP, Danne teaches and develops projects at the intersection of creative coding, physical computing and data-driven storytelling, and currently serves as Education Director for the Data Visualization Society.
