Top SchoolDarren Reddick is an experienced IT leader and programme delivery specialist based in London with over two decades of professional experience, blending hands-on systems engineering with long-term operational leadership. As Managing Director of Redtech Consultants and a former client delivery lead for government and telecoms, he has delivered complex infrastructure roll-outs, secure-site operations, and large-scale migrations across public-sector environments. His background spans technical hands-on roles—server builds, desktop migrations, network configuration—to senior programme management and contractor provisioning for security-cleared projects. Known for pragmatic problem-solving, Darren pairs military discipline from a long Royal Engineers tenure with commercial delivery instincts, making him effective in high-security and mission-critical contexts. He is currently seeking new opportunities and brings a rare combination of frontline engineering credibility and proven leadership in regulated, confidential environments. An understated sense of humour from his GitHub bio hints at a down-to-earth, self-aware leader who values practical outcomes over perfection.
