Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolDave Puchyr is an experienced technology leader and builder with 11 years in software and a career spanning high-frequency trading, blockchain, crypto infrastructure, and healthcare startups. As a former CTO and co-founder, he has repeatedly architected and shipped distributed, high-performance systems—from C++ microservices and real-time trading engines to Solidity smart contracts and cross-platform GUIs. He combines deep systems-level expertise (multithreading, websockets, ZeroMQ, shared memory) with product intuition and people skills, having managed remote teams and scaled businesses through technical leadership. Notably, he has operated a Monero mining pool, administered a Cosmos validator with sentry nodes, and delivered an off-chain oracle DApp bridging on-chain contracts—demonstrating a rare blend of low-level engineering and practical blockchain experience. Trained as a chemical engineer (PhD), he brings rigorous analytical thinking to complex engineering and business problems while remaining an extroverted “nerd” who thrives in collaborative environments.
