Top SchoolDavi Busanello is a pragmatic engineering leader with over a decade of hands-on experience building communication and supply-chain platforms, now leading teams at Toptal from Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. He blends deep backend expertise across Node.js, Ruby/Rails, Elixir and cloud-native tooling with a history of shipping real-time voice/video, SMS/SMTP integrations and scalable APIs. Davi has repeatedly driven DevOps and observability adoption—introducing Docker, CI/CD and monitoring practices—and mentored engineers through workshops and hiring processes. His background spans mission-critical SaaS for public agencies and 24/7 supply-chain services, showing a knack for reducing technical debt while improving reliability. Unusually, he pairs this technical breadth with formal training in Agile-centered software engineering and an MBA-focused specialization in financial planning, giving him both delivery rigor and product-minded business insight.
