Senior🎓
Top SchoolDavid Kočnar is an Android Team Lead with a decade of hands-on experience building polished mobile products and scaling a mobile organization at Futured. He blends deep Android technical expertise (Kotlin, Coroutines, MVVM, GraphQL, Firebase, KMP) with cross-disciplinary skills in UX, marketing, design and mentoring, treating development as product craftsmanship rather than just coding. He has led training programs, coordinated multi-disciplinary teams, and shifted his focus from solo problem-solving to shaping long-term vision, quality culture and internal communication for a mid-sized company. A lifelong freelancer and maker since age 14, he brings a creative, renaissance mindset—comfortable jumping between cryptography experiments, Unity/VR, and product growth. Colleagues describe him as obsessively product-focused: he fixes problems that matter and prioritizes delivering joyful, usable experiences.
