Top SchoolDavid Medinets is a Technical Program Manager with 16 years of experience architecting and delivering cloud-native, data-driven systems across government and commercial sectors. He blends hands-on engineering—Python, Terraform, Kubernetes, Elasticsearch, RDF/TTL and LLM work—with program leadership, having led small teams and mentored developers while driving infrastructure automation and secure IAM practices. His background spans big data at scale (multi-million document processing, Accumulo/Hadoop/Solr) to modern DevOps pipelines (Ansible, CloudFormation, OpenShift, Jenkins) and pragmatic documentation habits. Based in Virginia, he pairs deep technical troubleshooting with an appetite for tooling and process improvements—evident in reusable scripts, standardized Docker development environments, and short instructional videos to accelerate team onboarding. Notably, he has a track record of bridging legacy data silos into searchable systems and building proxy and security patterns that simplify access without sacrificing control.
