Top SchoolDavid Wilcox is an experienced attorney and entrepreneur based in Bradenton, Florida, with more than 25 years in private practice and a JD from Florida State University College of Law. He served as Governor's Attorney for Governor Bob Graham, founded and led ventures across media and banking—including steering Coast Bank of Florida to $250 million in assets with virtually no bad debt—and has deep expertise in business law, real estate, contracts, and entertainment. His career bridges high-stakes legal counsel and executive leadership, having worked on transactions with major music and entertainment figures and helped launch an international cable network. A long-standing community leader, he has chaired boards and committees for local organizations and mental health services, guiding affiliations and growth initiatives. Less obvious is his blend of legal rigor with hands-on operational experience as a founder and board chairman, enabling him to translate complex legal risks into pragmatic business strategies.
