Cloud DevSecOps Architect at Tier-1 Financial Institution (Zurich area)
Lugano, Ticino, Switzerland
Summary
🤩
RockstarDavid Zisky is a Cloud DevSecOps Architect with 10 years’ experience designing and delivering cloud-native infrastructure for regulated financial services and large enterprises across Europe. He blends hands-on engineering—Terraform/Pulumi, AKS/Kubernetes, GitOps and CI/CD—with architecture ownership, often reverse-engineering legacy tooling and undocumented systems to stabilise and automate platforms. As a consultant and leader he helps teams adopt secure, scalable patterns and has driven Azure landing zones, Crossplane/ArgoCD GitOps transformations and bespoke IAM integrations. He frequently operates at the intersection of technology and strategy, supporting pre-sales, mentoring engineers and translating ambiguous requirements into maintainable solutions. Based in Lugano, Switzerland, he also contributes to the community through writing and conference talks, bringing an entrepreneurial mindset to complex operational challenges.
