Summary
👤
Senior🎓
Top SchoolDavide Rossetto is an Engineering Manager specializing in Technical Art with 11 years of hands-on experience shaping game art pipelines and tooling at CD PROJEKT RED. He progressed quickly through technical and leadership roles—from Technical Art Engineer to Acting Manager and now Engineering Manager—demonstrating both deep engineering chops and people leadership in a AAA studio environment. His background blends 3D art practice (Midnite) with full-stack web development early in his career, giving him a rare cross-disciplinary fluency between art, tools, and backend systems. Davide is comfortable shipping production-grade pipelines and automations that bridge artists and engineers, reducing iteration time on complex art assets. Based in Warsaw, he brings a pragmatic, maker-oriented approach rooted in formal technical training from I.T.I.S. E. Barsanti and practical experience at the BigRock Institute of Magic Technologies. Colleagues would describe him as a technically curious manager who still dives into code and tooling to unblock teams.
