Senior🎓
Top SchoolDawid K is a pragmatic full-stack software engineer with nine years of experience building growth-focused products and scalable systems, currently at Meta after impactful stints at Patreon and interviewing.io. He combines strong Python and Next.js skills with a track record of shipping initiatives that improved revenue and retention—leading bulk-editing and backup payment features and closing involuntary churn leaks. Dawid has driven large refactors and performance improvements (hundreds of thousands of lines touched and significant FCP/LCP gains) and has experience applying ML and generative AI in production-facing projects. Comfortable across backend, frontend, and data pipelines, he also brings early-career wins in high-throughput trading pipelines and cost-saving analytics at Caterpillar. Based in Greater Poland Voivodeship and educated at UIUC, he pairs product-minded engineering with a knack for turning operational pain points into measurable business outcomes.
