Summary
Dmytro Hlomozda is a seasoned test automation engineer and research fellow based in Kyiv with a decade of hands-on experience building and maintaining test automation frameworks for web applications. He has extensive expertise with Selenium, Serenity/JBehave, REST Assured, Java, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins and JIRA, and has repeatedly owned end-to-end automation coverage, regression pipelines and TAF refactoring in large-scale projects at EPAM. Beyond industry work, he combines academic rigor—teaching Java and algorithms at Kyiv-Mohyla Academy and publishing research on Petri nets—with practical engineering, producing Java tutorial videos for beginners and intermediates. He is comfortable across CI/CD, integration testing of XML/JSON message flows and creating custom test reporting driven by JIRA data, and he applies DRY and SOLID principles to TAF design. Currently transitioning into research roles while continuing senior automation responsibilities, he also is learning Python and sharing code on GitHub.
