Senior🎓
Top SchoolDustin Paluch is a Senior Software Developer based in Madison, Wisconsin with 11 years of experience building full-stack web applications and developer tooling. He has progressed from web technician and intern roles to senior engineering at Alley, with a strong background in PHP, JavaScript, WordPress, and automation—having introduced Selenium Grid/nightwatch.js and written production bash services and Emacs macros. Dustin excels at turning mockups and legacy systems into maintainable, testable platforms, from custom ticketing and admin tools to MailChimp-integrated dashboards. He brings practical DevOps sensibilities (Vagrant/Docker, cron/launchd, CI-friendly testing) and a knack for revamping development practices to improve team velocity. A Beloit College computer science graduate, he prefers stable, long-term roles and explicitly avoids short-term contract or certain vendor solicitations.
