Top SchoolEaiman Shoshi is a senior backend engineer based in Germany with over a decade of experience designing and operating scalable, event-driven microservices for fintech and e-commerce at companies like bKash, Zalando, and SAP. He excels in reactive architectures, asynchronous event-driven systems, and performance optimization—having architected core payment platforms handling hundreds of thousands of daily users and hardened mission-critical event systems for high reliability. Comfortable across the full backend stack (Java/Kotlin, Spring WebFlux, AWS, k8s, Redis, DynamoDB, PostgreSQL), he also champions code quality, TDD, and reducing tech debt through team-led standards and modularization.
