Top SchoolEarl Duque is a Senior Developer Advocate at ServiceNow with eight years of experience bridging hands-on ServiceNow engineering, developer relations, and student affairs leadership. He moved from leading ServiceNow development teams in higher education to running global DevRel programs—resurrecting in-person hackathons, launching mentorship and student training programs, and scaling community events like Hacktoberfest. A practical JavaScript and server-side contributor, he maintains ServiceNow's code-snippets repo and builds integrations and Glide/GlideAjax examples that help developers extend the platform. Known for turning process-heavy environments into developer-friendly experiences, he pairs orchestration and integration expertise with a knack for event curation and content that grows engagement. Based in Modesto, CA, Earl blends empathy from a student-affairs background with technical credibility, making him effective at building trust with both new and veteran developers. He also has a quiet habit of testing ideas with memes and short-form content before scaling them into formal programs.
