Senior🎓
Top SchoolEd Anisko is a seasoned Sr. Machine Learning Engineer based in Los Angeles with a decade of experience building scalable AI and cloud-native systems across startups and enterprise teams. He bridges executive strategy and deep-stack engineering, launching MLOps functions and generative-AI powered customer products at Leadpages while previously cutting AWS costs by millions and modernizing CI/CD pipelines. His background spans hands-on GPU-accelerated compute, Kubernetes and Proxmox clusters, serverless APIs, and performance-driven refactors that delivered dramatic throughput gains. As a former VP of Engineering and Technology Consultant he’s led teams, hired and scaled remote talent, and built production ML pipelines from archived data to models in production. Notably, he blends low-level optimization (C++/CUDA) with product-facing analytics and deliverability systems, making him equally at home tuning GPUs or presenting roadmaps to executives. He maintains a public-facing technical footprint at edanisko.com, reflecting a pragmatic, infrastructure-first approach to applied ML.
