Top SchoolEd Atrero is a Senior Software Engineer at Intuit with 11 years of experience leading a small team building native iOS and Android apps and shipping full-stack features. He specializes in modern mobile toolchains—Swift, SwiftUI, Kotlin, Jetpack Compose—while also contributing to ReactJS frontends, TypeScript, Next.js and server-side rendering. Ed complements product work with practical open-source projects, including a Rust ray tracer, an Electron Hacker News reader, a TensorFlow.js "ML in the browser" talk, a WordPress plugin for photographers, and an npm DRIP API client. Based in San Marcos, CA, he blends hands-on implementation with team leadership and a curious, polyglot approach to solving UI and performance problems across native and web platforms.
