Top SchoolEdgar Ronda is a Salesforce consultant and seasoned technologist with over a decade of experience delivering enterprise-grade Salesforce and integrations solutions from architecture to production. He has led and mentored geographically distributed engineering teams at companies like HP and Poly, driving mergers, org consolidations, and complex Oracle and Heroku integrations while maintaining high code quality and CI/CD discipline. Hands-on across Apex, LWC, Python/Django, C#, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Heroku), he bridges product, business, and technical tradeoffs to ship reliable systems. Known for pairing technical leadership with practical tooling—migrating legacy version control systems, building internal automation, and cutting manual reporting labor in half—he brings both operational rigor and continual curiosity to every role. Based in Tijuana, he blends enterprise-scale delivery experience with a startup mindset and a daily habit of learning something new.
