Top SchoolEdgardo Rios is a Senior Scrum Master and seasoned Agile practitioner with nine years focused on guiding cross-functional engineering teams and product delivery across Mexico and international markets. He has led product and integration efforts in cloud and hybrid environments (Panzura), built logistics and ePharmacy systems that required close stakeholder coordination with hospitals and regional operators, and scaled delivery practices for distributed teams across the U.S., China, and Latin America. Comfortable shifting between Product Owner, Scrum Master, and project leadership roles, he blends technical grounding from an Electronics and Communications background with pragmatic process coaching to reduce rework and improve traceability. Known for aligning complex operational workflows (e.g., automated dispensing cabinets, customs and multi-leg shipment flows) with product roadmaps, he brings a systems-thinking approach to safety- and compliance-critical domains. Based in Monterrey, he pairs hands-on delivery experience with stakeholder enablement and internal training to accelerate adoption of new capabilities.
