Top SchoolEdison Zhou is a Principal Engineer based in Shenzhen with over a decade of hands-on expertise in supplier quality, NPI and integrated supply chain management across automotive and electronics sectors. He is a certified ISO/TS16949 auditor, IPC specialist and Honeywell Six Sigma Green Belt who consistently drives measurable supplier performance improvements—cutting DPPM dramatically and reducing supplier complaints through MIL tracking and focused RCA. Edison blends technical rigor (DFM, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, DOE) with practical coaching, having taught suppliers failure analysis and led production readiness reviews that raised FPY and cut costs. Known for building quality systems and continuous-improvement cultures, he also brings project management and Scrum discipline from his software/architecture background. A pragmatic problem-solver, he routinely converts audit findings into disciplined corrective plans and tools like a “quality compass” that make supplier risks visible and manageable.
